I sure like the idea of recalculating or maybe recalibrating my inner compass. I feel like every step I take out of denial, every moment where I truly realize that I'm not really a selfish person, and every action I take toward making a healthier life for me and my kids, my inner compass is recalibrating. Somehow I think my compass never pointed to true north due to some adverse childhood experiences, and then after 20 years with an alcoholic partner, I am so ready to recalculate and recalibrate my inner compass. Thanks for posting this idea!
I'm thinking of this now as different than that term the "moral compass" which I see as a slightly different concept.

The past week was full of many internal changes. God signs today are pointing to humor and adventure.
This is getting easy. I'm enjoying life, trusting in good things happening and having times of not knowing.
Awareness of open space, good food and law of attraction are providing great fun.

Mango, I am going to give you my honest gut feeling.
First, I think you are very involved in self care which is so excellent. It helps you, and your sharing helps others.
However that being said...you have a lot going on. There are going to be times that you feel off because what you have going on is stressful and not the norm. You can do all the self care in the world, but there are going to be times it catches up with you, creating an off feeling.
I send you huge hugs. Honor what you are feeling and know that most feelings are temporary. This too will pass.
