Hitting a pause button on my life. Sitting with quietness, with the uncomfortable. Saying a heart-felt prayer and letting it carry with an extra-long breath.

Hitting the play button on my life, I'm filled with more strength than before.



The power of pause when asked a question. That I don't need to respond right away. Sometimes I don't need to respond at all.

I love this! For me turning off the phone and heading off into nature restores me like nothing else. Gives me time to be with the grief, stress, craziness whatever without actually reacting to it and does wonders for keeping things in perspective.

As soon as they open up

Pausing gives power

Intent

Awareness

Appreciation

And a greater energy and connection

To life.
