Drunk driving
Natasha, please do not think that anyone here is judging you--at all!
I have called the police three times when I have been out driving and have seen a car swerving all over the road. These were drivers I do not know at all. I did not have to give my name. The dispatch operator took down the information and forwarded it to a patrol officer. I have never had anyone track me down because I called the police.
Here is what the police need to know.
Make and model of the car.
The license plate number.
Where you saw/are currently seeing the erratic driving (what street and in what direction the driver is heading).
That's it. For all he would know, someone else saw him driving erratically and called.
Please take good care of yourself, Natasha!

Its a tough call for sure - I've seen my xAW drive off intoxicated, didn't think to call the police, looking back now it would probably actually help her at this point to get a DUI, could be a wake up call for her to get sober-and prevent a possible wreck (she's already wrecked two cars, somehow hasn't had a DUI that I know of).
