So much to be thankful for

My oldest spending the morning playing cards with nana, awesome meal and fellowship with one of the best families I've been lucky to call true friends, and ending the night with a drunk phone call from my ex to his daughter. Why do I feel thankful for this? Because at least he's not here. Seeing my oldest mouth to me "what's wrong with daddy", something she's said hundreds of times-afte I hung up the phone she looked at me and said, is it okay if I tell him I don't like him? Bc I don't. We prayed for him. Thankful to be raising a Godly girl that turns to prayer and knows without a doubt all of this has nothing to do with her.
Just grateful I don't have a drunk wandering around my house!!!! Lord knows too many holidays were ruined. Grateful grateful grateful to have peace. PEACE!

Love to y'all-have a blessed night!

You're doing so great with her, For! She is going to grow up to be a strong, compassionate woman, just like her mom.

Thank you, Lexie! I am trying my best to raise them in the truth and break this generational curse that has it's hold on so many of our family members. Peace to y'all today !
