The alkie almost in the same sentence wonders why people aren't calling or inquiring about them on a regular basis then proceed to berate, complain & blame others for everything-as usual.

Before they were a little more subtle now they are all but demanding attention yet complain bitterly if people treat them like or even think they need rehab or an intervention.

And except for a few friends they drop out of sight quickly and for lengthy times not telling family & others where they are going.

A cry for help or simply upset that many don't seem to care or focus on them as much as they would like.

Every time we think they are at a bottom or breaking point they seem to inch up their bad behavior & attitude.

Ugh. It's progressive behavior. My X even does it to our own kids.
