In case anyone is interested, these online sessions are starting up again in 10 days. Last time I caught it late & missed all but the last few videos. It seemed like a great mix of topics about recovery with a more holistic approach. The last sessions also spoke a bit about the F&F side & codependency too, it was pretty well rounded. One of the topics that intrigues me this time correlates Yoga with the 12 Steps.

& while they do push you to purchase the membership so that you can continue viewing the videos after the conference ends, it isn't necessary. I think you are able to view missed sessions during the week until the conference ends. It seems like these are scheduled for every few months with a rotation of guest speakers & topics.

I'm going to be listening this time with my focus on my own eating disorder/food addiction vs. coming from the F&F side of alcoholism.

Just signed up, FireSprite! So, since I'm also signed up for a meditation challenge thru the month of June over at The Easier Softer Way, I'm not sure when exactly I'm going to have time to do things like go to work and mow the lawn....well, we have to have priorities, right?
