5 steps of loss...
Do alcoholics exhibit the traditional 5 levels of loss?
Grief?
The denial, anger, bargaining etc?
I left my Axg. And just want to know what to expect.
Thank you all!
You have been great in this journey!!

As an alcoholic myself, I'd say we mostly experience depression and self-medicating same.
All emotions are blunted when under the influence, and the most commonly expressed emotion seems to be anger.
Bargaining, denial, anger, depression, acceptance. She may experience them, but you won't get an honest expression of them. There is a lot of delusion and twisted thinking in alcoholics.
