I am having a hard time today.
Some days are good, is just today is not a good one.
I know I need to focus on me! I am trying EVERY DAY!

Today he is 100 days sober. So I have been thinking a lot about him.
We haven't spoken and there is no contact.

I hope he is ok and that he is 100 day sober. It must be hard.

Proud of you for sticking to no contact! I havent even attempted to try! Its a hard day but it will pass...tomorrow is a new day!!

Nobody ever promised every day will be a good one. If you are having some good days, that is HUGE.

Say a prayer for him, and then get back to something nice you can do for yourself.
