Snow

I thought we'd had a fair bit here, but I've just seen your East coast on the news!

The Uk shuts down after about four inches!

Stay safe and warm x

I think it's refreshing to see someone else get pounded with snow for a change.
I wish no one any harm,
but I am enljoying the light ness of it here in Montana so far this year.

It's supposed to be -20 here for New Years' though.

Had about 6 inches of snow on Christmas Day where I live (midwest US near Chicago). No problems getting around the next day, snow cleared off our streets. The house backs up to a bike trail and creek and it looks all nice and white back there.

My sons live in GA and have never had a white christmas.

On 11- 13 January, 1985, down here in San Antonio we got a record 13.5 inches of snow. It hasn't snowed that much since. The city essentially shut down and only buses were running but not to any schedule for safety reasons. I've seen this city close down due to just ice storms. I grew up in Northwest Iowa and learned how to drive in snow and ice storms. I sometimes miss it! Click this link for a video of this historical snow storm.
