Hello SR!!!

I started my new job this week and I have never been so happy. I feel so good about myself. I have to say, the guy I was obsessing over is pretty much ancient history. I have lost 9 more lbs..woohoo. I am sitting here appreciating the good in my life.

I know I still have issues with my self worth with personal relationships. But I am asking my HP for help. And going to Alanon again.

There is something to be said about working so hard you think of nothing else than the present and what you are working on. All the obsessing garbage that was in my head is gone for now because there is no room left for it. Well for now and hopefully it stays that way.

Heck, I've been stuck on step 4 for over 2 years.

So far I've managed to uncover that I'm a procrastinator.
