Hello ((SR)),
I was wondering how many of you heard from your respective A's after a long time? Was it usually after another woman dumped them? I am not sure why I am even asking. Probably out of fear. I dont want to get caught off guard.

Yes and no. Quite complicated, actually.

My best advice is usually to laugh it off, with a side order of "Do you want the AA number?".

Because everything else is pretty futile, no?

That is a good idea Bolina....have a few AA and rehab numbers handy and if the ex does get thru to you, tell them, "I am fine with how things are for me, but would you like these numbers for your recovery?" Bet that conversation dries up very, very quickly.

Yes, I heard from him and knew I would.

Why? Because things were just not going his way. The poor baby needed help, and of coarse , he missed me, he loved me. Wrong, I was not falling for the tears or the words.

They are impulsive people, they jump here and there and most of the jumps are a mistake, tough, time to grow up.

So, yes, you will hear from him, me, I just hung up,to me words served no purpose.
