i think after years of us rolling over, cleaning up their mess, forgiving them they really don't expect us to do anything.

oye..now because we ammended the petition it has to go back to court and then next week they will serve him. But I liked my lawyer. She made me feel so much better. But its in the works!

Through email, i told him i went and finalized the papers changing the terms and boy was that a mistake. I got the bashing of a lifetime. I cant say I was every called those words all at one time before. I just laughed.

Well, I was going to suggest you not mention anything to him, just let him get served, but too late now. I would suggest going no contact from this point. He's probably going to go full on attack mode and you don't need the grief.

Here's my admiration for your strength and prayers for everything you need to get free of this mucked up man. Darn delay, but it was for a reason, and what's a few more days after the years you have already served?

Way to go LuLu!!!! Remember, it's very easy to fall back into old patterns. I have done so time and time again but we keep trying, right? Yay LuLu! When we let ourselves become aware of those unhealthy old patterns and make the effort to not keep doing them, we grow. You are a very courageous and strong person, I can tell. Thinking of you today.
