"Thank you, I love you, Goodbye" philosophy..
Well the Back flowers woman told me of this exercise to say to anyone who I still have issues with
THANK YOU
for bringing light on things I need to work on
for enriching my earthly experience
for your timeliness
for acting in ways that may have not been your best, just so I could learn
I LOVE YOU
I appreciate the good in you
I appreciate you are just a human like me
I accept you are an individual and very different from me
GOODBYE
I let go of my judgment of you
I learned the following: X, Y, Z...and I won't forget those lessons.
I say goodbye to you here and now... 'just for today'
I say goodbye to me too:
I have changed and no longer need more "you's" in my life
I say goodbye to the me that was then. And hello to the me that is NOW.

Oops I made a typo, I meant to say "Bach flowers"
I'm so excited on Sunday we'll have a ceremony to welcome the chinese new year!! I'll tell you if they say interesting things...
Well the woman told me those thoughts came from an ethnic group in Hawaii if I recall correctly? I will ask her the details on Sunday because I also would like to know more and I don't remember exactly where it comes from....
I like the part of saying goodbye to the old me!! all those words are very compassionate, I like there is no judgment on right wrong or shoulds or coulds, just.. "that was" and "this is what it is like now" whew! very peaceful thoughts... to me that is "acceptance"...
