Good news!
My separation agreement has finally been signed! Yay! I started this with my solicitor in September 2008 - I thought it would never be done.
In Scotland you can get a DIY divorce after a year of separation if there are no outstanding financial issues, no kids and no contest (if he decides to complain, it takes 2 years of separation). Even though the house still isn't sold (a new Estate Agent and surveyor are coming over today so I'm chasing dust bunnies this morning!) - this agreement means I could get divorce in 2 months time! There is a light at the end of the tunnel!
Ah well, back to bunny wrangling....
