I've been where you are. I have a friend that has cheating on her husband with one person. She confided in me because she knew I would never tell anyone. I, too, feel sorry for her husband, however, I would never tell him. It's not my business and I don't want to be the one who would inflict the pain. I truly believe that confessing affairs (your own or others) is a way to cleanse our own soul and does very little for the other person.

I've chosen to distance myself from her, mostly because I think she' a hypocrite by swearing she loves her husband so much, then sleeping with another man.

I can understand it's a tough call, but let her deal with it. If he finds out and confronts you, then deal with that conversation then.
