well, today is our first hearing at 3PM, I am a little on edge about this as I don't know what is going to happen, I am scared, I pray and hope that I can have enough money to pay the bills and take care of my daughter, I am afraid of the unknown here....on another note, he is doing well in his outpatient program, but it is still very early, I told him time will tell in that department......sometimes I WISH I could just see the future....keep us in your thoughts today.....and I will update later today!

ok it went better than I thought, it certainly was a good reminder of how our "thoughts" can get the best of us at times. He has to pay $1100.00 per month family support, I got sole custody of our daughter along with physical placement, he gets supervised visitation and he has to move out. This is all in a temp order, next court date is not until Nov....so we will see what happens, but I feel a sense of freedom coming on, it will be a wonderful thing not to have to worry about what is going on with him..........thanks for all the prayers, it means so much!!
