Moving on!
So, my new tenant came over and signed the lease today! One of those odd little coincidences, her name is the same as the ex-wifes, not a real common name. She seems like a pretty together person, but she wants to get in asap, so I have to get hustling here. Plan is to just dump everything save for important papers, bills and the like, into boxes.
I have so many things on the table right now, good thing, once I get going I work fairly well under a deadline, she would like to take over by the end of next week, and is willing to pay to do so. I'm going to miss the island, but I think having a little more geographical distance between myself and the exaso is probably a good thing, it will be very hard to accidentally bump into her over there.

Sounds to me like God is doing for you what you could not do for yourself.
Change is very uncomfortable at times. . . even if it is something that we know is for the best.
