Well, I am back to visiting this site. Thank goodness there are sites like this online so that people can find a little perspective and the ability to take a "sanity check".

Things are same chaos, just a little deeper around here. Hopefully I can find my way out of what has become another long dark tunnel of illness. At this moment I feel tired, angry, and all of those good things. He says I am "insane". I believe he's right, but Alanon is right around the corner so I have a chance to stumble out of the darkness and back into the light of being kind, patient and sure of both myself and my choices.

One thing I have learned is to keep posting, regardless of where I am in my life, my codiness.

Go to those meetings too, it will help.
