Believe me I know that I many never see a penny, it was the victory that made me happy. My next move is to open the child support case and to put in on his credit report.
The kids and I are going to be okay because I will make sure of that. I'm just happy the judge backed me.

Great job taking care of you & them!!

Wishing you peace,

great news kermmie!!!!!

you just keep doing what you need to do in order to collect that support.....my xh evaded it for years, but it eventually caught up with him and his x got a big chunk outta him while we were married.....and i'm glad she got it. it just frosted his balls that his son was 28 and he had to pay support......i would just laugh to myself, and think....well, darlin, if you had paid it when you should have, you wouldn't be paying support on a grown man.

good, good, good for you....at least the groundwork paperwork is in place.

i'm so happy for you kermmie!!!!

Talking

Kermit.

Congrats. Im glad the worst is over with and you can finally settle in.

I learned a lot from talking to the attorneys when we were being sued. Theres other income besides job income. As the others said theres property. Theres also pension money and life insurance and other stuff I cant remember. .

The attorney told me the court can order you to get a life insurance policy to cover your obligations to your children. Might be worth a shot. Just make sure you pay the policy.
