Unbelievable e-mail

He(XAH) sent a e-mail to my attorney telling her that I have refused to send him the paper work to review, that I don't return his calls, He calls? and that He still is not working and went on about some interview,, where have we heard that before?
My attorney said she felt no reason to respond either, since he never wanted to get a attorney or sign my papers, he has them and knows what took place in court..

OMG!

If he really wanted to he could just look up the case at the courthouse.
He still might do that.

I myself would just tell him it was all over.
I only say this because you will still have to deal with him in the future and the less hostility the better.

I mean it is public record and anyone can find out if they look.

JIMHO

Mine has been calling my attorney over and over to find out if it was over yet.
Like yours she did not respond and it went into default.

My attorney has told her, when it happens it happens, there is no rushing it now.

If her has your attorneys email addres why hasn't he been communicating with her and requesting legal documents form her since she would have been the author of them to begin with. I'm sure if he'd like to leave his exact address, his mailbox would overflow with legal documents including the total of his child support arrearages. What else might everyone do to make it all about whats easiest for him. HIs new bride to be must be pacing.

Your attorney sounds as if he has it under control!

XHubby is a grown man-if he was that interested he could find this out it is public knowledge and very easy to gain the information!

Sounds as if he is doing that manipulation dance they all do so well! (or at least they think they do until we codies catch on! )

Do you watch the Sopranos? I can see Uncle Junior saying of your exAH, "Some people are so far behind in the race that they actually think they're leading." :p
