Today my AS came over and did all the yard work-made my lunch-and gave me the most beautiful windchime/hummingbird set for my garden.

I couldn't help it--I just thru myself in his arm and told him over and over
''I am so proud of you" "I am so proud of you"
""this is the happiest Mothers Day of my life""
and it is
the last 14 were with an addict and horrible.
He then told me
''there is no better mother than you-and I am ashamed and how I treated you-you saved my life Mom""anyone else would have given up on me-but not you""
Me my AS my mother and his girlfriend--we were all crying.

I am not bragging here---I just wish you allc could have that HOPE--that this might be your own situation oneday.....it can happen.
As I held him in my arms--I thought of all of you as well

I wish you all A Mothers Day filled with peace---you are all such good mothers--you deserve it....

lilac---this will be a hard year for you--so sorry about your Mom--I can't even imagine what it must be like--I am so close to mine-I don't know how I will ever handle that.

I'll speak for me. It's because I'm too busy minding my "pity pot",,,he, he, he And yes, I am JEALOUS as hell. Wish all the A's in our lives would say something like that to us.

I came to my senses this morning though and read this again and want to let Sun know, I am truly happy for her. All we really have is "in the day" and to get one that is joyous is a blessing.

I know how hard it is---its ok--I thought twice about posting this-but I figured maybe it might keep hope alive in someone.
