I see a counslor in 2 weeks and the Alaon meeting was ok, i am not sure what i was expecting but it was ok. i have been walking and we seem to be talking and it feels like the stress is lifting. I know this will take time but I really seem to feel a little better and seem to be able to focus on things. Thanks again for all the support.
