Your quite welcome. I did to my family what your alcohoics are doing to you. I've made my amends and live happily with them now. But I can never close the door on my past. I have to learn from it and help others as much as I can. I'm not saint however, I still get the occasional brain fart and say something to hurt others.
God is watching over you. I've always believe in the saying " God will never give us more than He knows we can handle." For me, this means that even when I am stressed to the max, extremely unhappy, don't know where to turn, and feel I can't take any more, I remember this saying and know that since God is letting me go through all of this, He has more faith in me than I do.
