i never thought of that

sunflower- this is a good question for everyone - so right now he is an "allowed" driver with the insurance. they ask who will be driving your car. so, if you do not put ah on as a driver does that mean he does not have permission to drive your vehicle? and that would release you from liability, or does it mean you would get in more trouble for someone driving your vehicle that does not have permission? GOOD QUESTION FOR EVERYONE! thanks

buy him his own clock - he has to be responsible for waking up himself you are not his mother.

as for the car situation, i would hide your keys so he can not use your car at all.

the most violent I ever saw the AS was when I ''hid'' the keys---Take his name OFF the insurance--then he cannot drive and you don't have to play games with him all the time about it

It means trouble.
If the car is in your name and you take him off the policy- only you can drive it- and you are responsible if someone else drives it. On my policy anyone living in my house, except my husband who is also a named insured, must to be signed off as an excluded driver. A call to your insurance agent is in order to find out just what your policy says.
