Can an addict who's drug-of-choice is heroin reasonably expect to shoot only 1/2 a syringeful and leave the rest for another day???
Methinks the ensuing cravings would make that answer a resounding NO.
Of course, if he's not an alcoholic, there shouldn't be any problem with how much he drinks in the first place...
