I would like to attend the meeting, where do I go for that, at this same place this is posted?

If I access the site from my phone, I get an error for the chat. Do I need to download the app in order to participate or am I missing something?

Hi debbiesday, the Meeting is held in the Chat Meeting Room. You need to click on "Chat Room" located on the top right side of the page. It's highlighted in blue.
