another red 30days
[SIZE="4"][FONT="Century Gothic"]Hello, Family. My name is Isabel and I am an addict/alcoholic among other things. Tomorrow If God willing I'll be sober/clean for 30 days and I don't mean to sound like I'm beating myself. However, picking up several desire chips and 30 day chips in the past 10 years well, it gets pretty old. The longest I ever had clean was 6 months, but I made a concious decision to give into my obsession & relapsed and I could't stop on my own. Today My recovery comes first,no matter what.
1.PRAY&MEDITATE
2.WORK 12 STEPS WITH MY SPONSOR
3.READ BIG BOOK OF COURSE W/A DICTIONARY
4.90 MEETINGS/90 DAYS AND WHENEVER NEEDED
BEING HONEST,OPEN-MINDED, AND WILLING TO TAKE "ACTION",I believe I'd have a better chance of waking up with no alcohol and crack cocaine in my body.....

[Isabel]. Great big hug.
Ten years of picking up chips as you have repeatedly attempted to achieve lasting sobriety. You're not a quitter! You keep quitting! And now another 30-day chip. Congratulations! Sincerely!
I hope something's different this time. I hope you mean your "no matter what."

Remember, just one day at a time. Congrats on your days!
You can do this...keep on moving forward and don't look back!
30 days, 90 days, 1 year, 10 years.... but all we really have is *TODAY*.
You're doing great!

I have the utmost respect for your kind of courage. Thank god for people like you in the program who don't give up and keep on doing battle with this heinous disease. Congratulations and thanks for the Hope
