First Day of Not Smoking in the morning

so far today I didnt get up and light up...didnt drive in and smoke two on the way to the office. I have been breathing and looking forward to the prize. I have told all those around me that I am quitting so that I have a nice wide range of folks to back me up. So far...I feel good.

Day two - Well, I did goof on the way home last night. Smoked one in traffic..MY CLASSIC TRIGGER. Was totally disgusted with myself when I got home. So this morning I made sure and did deep breathing in the car rather than lighting up on the way in to work. My brain is saying no no..dont do it...my body is yelling that it WANTS it NOW. Cinnamon Altoids have been a pretty good substitute thus far.

you know, if you didn't have them in the car you wouldn't have been able to have one!

I keep them far, far away.

Good luck today
