Arrow My Apology Once Again

I was wrong for passing judgement on people here saying that they didn't care. I was wrong for starting the thread. My behaviour is and was inappropriate. I don't know if I will ever learn.

love Vic

Maybe not, Vic... but if you are like me, I bet you are already recognizing it faster!

And the amends are nice, too. Thank you.

I don't know if I will ever learn.

I think we learn from our mistakes the best. Making mistakes is one of the most powerful things we have in this life. It's just in how you deal with the mistakes that counts.... Really if you think about it...... ((((Hugs Vic))))

Learn what?
To take time before reacting, or to make a list of priorities in your life and stick to it? I know all about reacting, man.
It never completely goes away, this quick switch thing.
Not long ago, 51anna started a thread about a book she really liked, asking for a discussion on it. It didn't take long for the thread to become, what I perceived, yet another debate on the efficacy of AA.

I filled myself up with as much of myself a I could and went in there with the attitude of a school teacher trying to settle down a bunch of six year olds...
I can't remember if anyone called me for it, but man, I felt a little stupid afterwards...

I miss Laura.
I worry about her and her daughter.
And I pray.

Apology accepted, man

Dan, that's a beautiful post.

Vic, we are all learning, every day with everything that we do. Please don't feel like you're the only one around here who overreacts. I overreact too sometimes and I think many of us do.

I'm worried about Laura too.

Hey Vic,
Like I’ve said before, this is a Recovery site. Pretty fool hearty to think that we will all react the way we would like to, all the time.

Be well dude.

Brain in head, feet in shoes, shall we proceed?

Yep that is it Dan I am just so damn tired of reacting, which then causes me to harm others, including myself, I just need to grow up.

Happy Holidays, bro.

Baby steps Vic. Just think of how many you've taken since you first found this site......I bet you'd be pleasantly surprised at the count. Easy does it. You recognized a wrong, promptly admitted it and made ammeds. Sure sounds to me like you''re working those steps!

Good Job!
