what did you do?
what did you do today to share alanons experience, strength and hope?
Today I took a quiet half hour and contemplated the words I use and their strength to give or deny hope. And prayed that I might find more wisdom to give than deny hope in anyone.

Today, I got up late and got all three kids ready and myself ready. I promised I would volenteer in my son's library for their book fair...did that for four hours, had lunch with the little maniacs. Left, picked up my twins and drove an hour to help my nephew tow his jeep with my AAA. Came back home to meet my neigbor to tear down half my wall from hurricane damage and totally demolitioned half the room! I am so tired right now that I think it took me an hour to type this. I better go to sleep. At least today I didn't think about my AH. However I did get hit on by my neighbor who helped me...lol ; ) (not going there tho, not interested)
