Taper day 4, halfway to nothing and everthing
Day 4 for my taper off vicoden ES. I'm at 3 a day from 10. I feel good dispite the horrible withdrawals between doses. I feel good to have a clear head and a feeling of control. I am not looking forward to how I will feel when I am at 0 per day but I guess that is expected. I think I will ask my doctor for clonadine and a benzo. I have heard this will help a lot.

WOW, I can't imagine doing 10, but I supposed you worked your way up to it. It's only natural that you need to taper coming down from them. How's it feeling today? I've never had the pill thing, just everything else. Wishing you a successful recovery.

Alera - I don't know if I am better or worse than you but I think perhaps we both rest in the same hell for the moment. Our power lies in the fact that every day we are in hell is everyday we are one step closer to heaven. Perhaps we can walk together or crawl together in our days ahead.My thoughts rest in your shadow and hope lies in front of us both.
