There are several on line alternative recovery sites.

Try smartrecovery.org.... lifering....rational recovery.

Google has them. Sorry I do not.

No, sorry i just came across the site today and just thought i'd pass the link along....one maybe wants to check their local library for it...if they don't want to buy it. It definitely looks interesting. I do go to AA myself..but i also take what i need and leave the rest from whatever crosses my path.
