well i came back
ya know whats crazy is i went like 35 days without drinking over the summer!!!!! then fell off. nothing really bad has happened but im really depressed all the time now. when i was on the wagon i felt so healthy and alive!!!! now im like blaaagggghhaaa. anyway. today is once again day one and here we go again... i lost my 24hour coin!! thanks for listening

A lot of people are unawqare of what a depressant alcohol is to the body. One of the major reasons people can't stay sober. You're emotions are bare You have to face reality

There is good news though! You stay sober and you're life will improve. I watch all these people get their lives back It's very rewarding.
