Last drink was 23rd. I'd actually been doing well but on that day I let it slip. It was a mistake and I recognized it for what it was. But, it reset my score.
It's been 2 weeks and I'm still going strong. Physically I'm feeling good. Except, I've been ill since the 26th with flu and sickness type bug. It's that time of year.
I'm proud I didn't drink Christmas day or over the new years.
