my psch is willing after all to prescribe Wellbutrin, after all.
I didn't even have scheduled an new appointment. she's sending it in. also I'm greatfull to be finally be getting something for depression, I'm committed to quitting and even if it doesn't make it easier I'm going to still do it. I'm thinking about using nrt until the meds starts to work, probably gum just to start to break the psychological barrier. just reduce does for two week then quit. also I believe depression I's makeing it hard to quit. this makes realize I actually quite depressed, it explains why I lay in bed all day and struggle to do simple things. I'm self medicating by vaping.

Depression is like that. Psych meds can help along with behavioral therapy to get you going again. As impossible as it feels to do something, doing something simple easy each day will help. Find a small task and do it regardless if you want to do it or not. You will feel a bit better because you are out of bed and active even if for a short time.
