Strength to you!! I'm still working on day one since I first joined (recently). I've been tapering down though all week and have gone from about 12oz on Monday to (so far) 2oz this morning - trying to halve every day until 1 drink tomorrow, zero over the week-end, to start next Monday at zero. I realize now that I am as motivated from seeing stories like you being at 4 days as I am seeing those at 20 years, because I have to first meet my goal of day 1 - I've done day 1 many times, lasting between 1 week and as long as 3 months. This time around Day 1 seems much further, but am also praying to stick it out. I'm convinced that without this forum so far, I'd have not made it even to "almost" day 1 yet.
