So I really put myself under work pressure as I refuse to delegate and it leads to you know what … but I have to learn to offload to others and forget my snooty attitude of ‘noone can do it as well as me’ because they can ..It is not collegiate and does not make me a team player and of course adds stress ! So today I did delegate for a presentation at an important Zoom meeting I had set up and asked my junior colleague in advance to lead on a discussion defining future activities for this health project and he was BRILLIANT - did it better than I could have and everyone is happy, especially me !
