What's your favorite go to drink during sobriety ?
Chilled milk for me too calmself. Straight out of the carton! Milk was a bit of a luxury when I was a kid maybe the reason. Luxurious milk. Glug.
Lots more water nowadays and it has helped me heaps. Good old Sydney tap water.
Fancy dinners I go for sparkling water.

Caffeine free diet coke if I want to party! But starting my day with water and then a pineapple banana spinach and vanilla almond milk smoothie is tops.
10 parts diet orange soda without the caffeine mixed with 1 part orange juice with pulp. It's intense, but it has nothing to do with cravings. I don't get them anymore. I just keep a large supply on hand because it's like a taste explosion.
Diet ginger beer. It's not cheap ($10/6-pack), but it's been a favorite since I was a little kid and my Dad put a ginger beer in my Christmas stocking. That, and a ton of sugar free iced tea and Gatorade Zero.
I drink lots of water. I love Caffeine Diet Coke, but limit drinking it to driving trips in the car. I love Canada Dry Diet cranberry gingerale.......love a goblet of it when enjoying my bubblebath by candle light.
I have a few. I love kombucha (GT Trilogy), coffee (cappuccino or cold brew), and lately I can’t get enough of the Dr. Pepper zero-sugar cream soda hybrid lol.

Zevia Ginger Root Beer!! I also enjoy La Croix Lemon sparkling water mixed with spiced apple cider....really nice holiday drink. But the Root Beer is my "special" drink which reminds me of Sarsaparilla I first enjoyed at Disneyland when I was 13 years old. I think that connecting with my younger self who enjoyed a beverage that was not alcohol, is meaningful to me now.

I’ll admit (and I’ll probably get told off for this) I used to drink alcohol free beer, but that’s lost its appeal, and I haven’t drunk any for months. Good, it’s not cheap. Now I’m like Robbie and crave for tea or even coffee with soy milk.
I was working away recently and ate a lot at a southern Indian restaurant. The clientele was mainly Indians, and I always had masala tea with my meal, much to the annoyance of the kitchen staff who said it took ages to make! Anyway, I went a few weeks back, and there was a table of white guys (I was normally the only one in there) all drinking beer with their meal. I didn’t even realise the restaurant served beer! A few years ago, that would’ve been my first question.
