Had a couple good days, full clarity, felt happy and ready to take the day on. But yesterday was a tough one. No particular reason. I just felt bad. I wanted to go to the store, grab a pint of Smirnoff and just down it. But I didn’t. I am thankful for that this morning. I know I have choices. I just need to keep **** g the right ones.

Those tough days will always come and go but the most amazing thing is that you did not drink over it. Good for you!
Cravings will have less of a charge as we move through each one. You are creating a different way of dealing with life and that takes some time. Keep on moving forward.
