Hey everyone, back and ready to fight this again.
I remained sober since my last bad binge in september after my brother's funeral, until 2 weeks ago and this passed weekend, where I drank quite a lot over and evening and a day. feeling so very low right now. I want to get back up before I let it turn into a longer relapse. I have a toolbelt I can put on again and alter.
Just need some support, oh and it's also my 30th birthday

So I attend meetings for the community, has always kept me on track. I am going to get back into therapy and exercise, and start writing to work through my grief of the last year, and addressing my drinking. If there's any suggestions on things to try I will definitely incorporate them
Happy Birthday, and this is a great time to get back to your sobriety.
Your plan sounds good. I would just say to make sure you add some fun things to your life, every day if you can. That will help you to stick with your recovery.

Thanks for the birthday wishes, I think it would be great to reward myself every year with another year of sobriety. I am have a tough day 3, slept terribly and just feeling so guilty for letting this happen two weekend in a row. Physically just have a bad headache. Going to focus on getting through today
