right on, Izzy!!! 30 days is a huge milestone for sure. Maybe one of the most important ones for me.... I remember making that mark the last time / the final time I left alcohol behind and went forward with a full desire and focus on embracing sobriety. Felt great to get a full month under my feet.

What'll you do in the month ahead to deepen your sobriety?

Stick around, and thanks for sharing!

Good question I plan-on keep plugging away, take personal inventory - identifying and working on issues, read and continue exercising. Exercising as well as being on SR has been a tremendous help. I really like being sober and just keep reminding myself of the self imposed misery drinking has caused me.

You can do it! Days come and go if you drink or not. What makes those-day's special are the days you don't drink. Make every day special!

30 days is a big one. I'm guessing you are through the worst of the cravings. Next comes the thinking and choosing not to drink part, because when the cravings abate, you stop feeling like an alcoholic, so every time it crosses your mind that a drink would be nice, you have to think, "Oh wait, I'm an alcoholic. I'm feeling good now because I haven't been drinking, not because I cured myself."

But I'm getting ahead of myself. Congratulations on a big step.
