What a day!
My son was set upon by 2 males. Face slashed to pieces, and multiple stab wounds - one puncturing his lung.
He was left for dead at the side of the road. Luckily an ambulance arrived and got him to hospital in time.
He required surgery, to attempt to sew his face together, chest drain and catheter in situ, receing oxygen, and numerous meds IV. He's a mess.
The police came to our home to advise us that this would be an attempted murder charge, should the culprits be identified.
It's been a b*****d of a day. Just need to play it by ear for now.

Bute, I cannot imagine how horrifying this was for you, let alone your son.
I am glad the police are involved and I hope they find and arrest the attackers.
