Wasnt planning on posting but just a reminder to everyone struggling with whatever just know your never a burden its exactly why SR exists sounds corny but i made 7 years today so ?
also big special mention to the polish man who was a bit drunk coming out of the shop where i once bought alcohol he stopped to talked i noticed his self harm scars he was around my age maybe a bit older but i felt a great sadness when in his broken english he kept saying thank you for talking to him i do hope i see him around the hood again soon even mrs sw was a lil teary it was like me a long tine ago and i could feel how lost he was not out of it i cant explain it but feel no need to either but it was deep
what else lol ?
not sure if anyone has seen 3 identical strangers on netflix that messed with me so obvs trigger warning
im eating healthy im also looking the best ive ever looked calvin klein ad guys watch out and im off for a bit of training in my home bit of bench some curls squats etc get my tushy nice

One of the biggest impressions I got when I first started logging onto SR in the spring of 2016 was how positive and helpful this person called Soberwolf was. I'll never forget that. He was also the first person to ever send me a friend request. Thanks for everything you do here, Soberwolf. And congrats on 7 years!
