Day 6
Its early days, be kind to yourself. Sleep, eat, read or watch tv, think of it like recovering from an illness in a way. Motivation will follow on as you start to heal and it will happen gradually. Try hard not to wish for something else, I found keeping a gratitude journal on an app really helpful in the first few weeks particularly, finding brightness when I felt so dark and down. Some of those early logs you can tell I was really digging deep for gratitude, like I had s nice cup of tea haha. Now I'm finding myself with more and more things to add and they're much bigger. Just keep going and you'll be fine. Congrats, you nearly made a week 😊
