Day 9 was pretty good on to Day 10

Just an update.

Still in a good place despite some things.

Yesterday was work, gym and a meeting. Went pretty good.

Beginning Day 10. Lord willing It'll be a sober one. Pretty confident it will be with God on my side and you alls support.

I give a lot of credit to the Lord - but I also made sure I didn't pour any alcohol down my throat.

Do that and you'll be fine
