Moody moody moody

Today is the end of day 10 and man, am I a joy to be around The morning started off great, then mid afternoon hit and I just morphed into this grump. I don’t want anyone talking to me, I’m cursing inanimate objects...even the kitties are annoying me. Definitely wanted a drink but reached for a cup of tea and This Naked Mind and started reading instead. Ready for bed and a new day tomorrow, hopefully a better one.

I was pretty much all over the board the first month. Hang in there it does get better.

Hug those kitties!

Great job on 10 days!! You can do this, Jaz.

Tea & reading are better choices. Sleep well. Tomorrow will look a lot better after sleeping and staying sober .

Congrats on 10 days!! I was an emotional wreck the first few weeks, with rage being my primary emotion. I could go from fine to a raging beast in less than a second. It does even out with time. Hang in there - you’re almost through it.

Oh wow; I can relate. I had days when I felt like a total mess early on. Once you get those early days behind you, you’ll never have to deal with them again.

Early recovery can really be a roller coaster. Stay sober, it will get better.

You may be experiencing alcoholism. It tends to come out when the drinking stops and often does not go away without treatment.
