Day 6
I've been hanging out with my chickens a lot, working outside in my yard, and reading about the 12 steps. I also have been careful of places I go that trigger me like places I bought alcohol from, bars, etc. I have an elliptical coming in the mail today. I plan on using that to help with cravings.
