Wild, isn't it? A good nights sleep. The simplest thing.
I didn't sleep for twenty years, I passed out.
Isn't it awesome waking up not hungover?
I sleep great most of the time.
I hope it keeps up for you.

Waking up was the worst time of the day for me. Terrible hangover, anxiety and shame about the night before and the impending doom of having to go to work. Not fun.

Emphasis on the word was. I wake up happy every morning now.

Such a basic thing - sleep. But when I drank I did not get restful sleep. I woke up a lot, panicked and anxious and sweating. The slightest noise or disturbance woke me up, several times a night. Unless I had really tied one on, then I would actually pass out for most of the night. That is no way to live! I sleep really well most of the time now, and as long as I have gone to sleep at my normal bedtime, I wake up feeling good every day. A blessing.

It痴 such a blessing to have a peaceful nights sleep, no morning hangovers etc and all the crap that goes with it
