I'm on my second sober night. Looking forward to some decent sleep now.

Was a good night sleep. Just about to get ready for work.
I have a love/hate relationship with weekends. I love the time off but I feel everyone expects you to have a drink. Going to stock up on pop and hot choc for these next few days xx

Sleep (or attempting to sleep) was the worst part of my first week or so. Hated every minute, but you'll get through it.

Sleep can be an ongoing problem in the first few week/months of sobriety. Our bodies need to get used to the new normal, without the poison. Patience and trust in the process always helps.

well done keep going 24 hours at a time are you in aa they help me alot and you will find support and fellowship a day at a time

Well it's only Sunday morning 🙌🙌🙌🙌, got through the weekend. Feeling good, feeling proud. I was chatting to a friend I've made in here, an I was saying it has been tough, I feel like I went out for the weekend in 1986, an came back in 2019. So I'm being kind to myself for last weekend's f**k up, and marching on. Hope everyone is ok, much love to you all. 🙏💖
