Recovery.

Ist post since 2016. Still sober, although alcohol is never far away from my thoughts. For everybody that's struggling, keep going, you can do it.

Welcome back BWMM

Have you made any other changes to your life beyond not drinking? I found I really had to build a new life or I'd be thinking about or reminded about drinking all the time?
